1. General Policy: ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Capital Carrtel is committed to providing premier digital products, proprietary trading tools, and comprehensive educational services. Due to the immediate, irrevocable access to our proprietary intellectual property (including software indicators, video content, and educational materials) and the intangible nature of our digital services, we adhere to a strict no-refund policy.

By completing a purchase or initiating a subscription on our website (capitalcarrtel.com) or any affiliated platform (such as Whop), you acknowledge, understand, and agree that all sales are final, non-refundable, and non-returnable. You waive any right to refunds or returns for any reason.

2. Scope of Policy

This policy applies universally to all products and services offered by Capital Carrtel, including but not limited to:

  • Monthly, quarterly, and annual subscription plans for community access (e.g., Discord) and digital tools.

  • One-time purchases of specific trading indicators, software, or dashboards.

  • Enrollment in mentorship programs, coaching sessions, or educational courses.

  • Purchases of downloadable digital content, such as PDFs, guides, or video libraries.

  • Any other digital product or service sold by the Company.

3. Subscription Management, Automatic Renewals, and Cancellation

  • 3.1. Automatic Renewal: For your convenience, all recurring subscriptions are, by default, set to renew automatically at the end of each billing period (e.g., monthly, annually). You will be charged the subscription fee applicable at the time of renewal.

  • 3.2. User Responsibility for Cancellation: The User bears the sole and exclusive responsibility for managing and canceling their subscription in a timely manner. Cancellations must be performed by the User prior to the renewal date to prevent the next charge.

  • 3.3. Cancellation Procedure: We do not accept cancellation requests via email, social media, live chat, or any other method. All cancellations must be processed manually by the User through their account dashboard on the platform where the subscription was initiated (e.g., the Whop platform or our website’s customer portal). Instructions for cancellation are provided within your account settings.

  • 3.4. No Prorated Refunds: If a subscription is canceled mid-cycle, your access will continue until the end of the current paid billing period. No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the subscription term.

4. Discretionary Refunds for Verifiable Technical Errors

While our no-refund policy is firm, we may, at our sole and absolute discretion, review refund requests related to verifiable technical errors originating from our payment processing system.

  • 4.1. Qualifying Errors: A qualifying technical error is limited to a demonstrable system glitch resulting in a duplicate payment for the same service in the same billing period.

  • 4.2. Non-Qualifying Reasons for Refund: Refund requests will be unequivocally denied if based on subjective or personal reasons. These include, but are not limited to:

    • Dissatisfaction with the service, product, or educational content.

    • Personal failure to achieve desired trading results or profit expectations.

    • Forgetting to cancel a subscription before the renewal date.

    • Lack of use, participation, or non-attendance of sessions.

    • A subjective assessment that the product was “not useful” or “not what I expected.”

    • A change of mind or financial situation.

  • 4.3. Reporting Procedure: To report a verifiable technical billing error, you must contact our support team at support@capitalcarrtel.com within 48 hours of the transaction, providing a detailed explanation and irrefutable proof of the error (e.g., transaction IDs showing a duplicate charge).

5. Chargebacks, Disputes, and Policy Violations

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us to resolve a verifiable technical error is considered a breach of this Agreement. We take such actions seriously and reserve the right to:

  • Immediately and permanently terminate your access to all Services, products, and communities without further notice.

  • Implement a permanent ban on your account, email address, and IP address from making any future purchases.

  • Report the fraudulent activity to relevant credit agencies and professional chargeback prevention databases.

  • Pursue legal action to recover the disputed amount, plus any fees incurred in the process, including collection agency fees, legal costs, and administrative expenses.

6. No Trial Periods or Money-Back Guarantees

We do not offer free trials, trial periods, or money-back guarantees on any of our products or services. All relevant information, feature descriptions, and demo materials (where applicable) are available for your review prior to purchase. It is your responsibility to evaluate the suitability of our offerings for your needs before committing to a purchase.

7. User Acknowledgment and Binding Agreement

By proceeding with and completing a purchase or subscription with Capital Carrtel, you irrevocably acknowledge that you have read, fully understood, and consented to be legally bound by this Refund & Returns Policy in its entirety. You agree that these terms are fair, reasonable, non-negotiable, and a material condition of the sale.
